Question 2：The foot pads are not exactly the same as my imagined ?
Answer 2 :The foot pads we produce are all made by professional technicians using specific technology, which meet the requirements of the specifications for the safe use of foot pads. For your safety, we can not change the version according to each customer's personal preferences.

Question 3：There are some creases on the foot pads I received ?
Answer3:Because international logistics has certain restrictive requirements on the size of the package, we have to fold the foot pads before shipping, which may causes creases on the foot pads, which is inevitable.
But don’t worry, the leather of our foot pads is flexible, the uneven surface will gradually become flat during use, and the creases on the surface of the foot pad will not affect the use.

Question 4： There is some gap between the foot pad and the car ?
Due to （1）we have to fold the foot pads before shipping (Question 2),
（2）The bottom of the foot pad is not sticky.
（3）There are some ups and downs at the floor of the car & foot pads.
It is completely normal that the foot pads just received are not fit your car perfectly .
The lether is flexible, after using them for a period of time, the foot pads will fits better.
